In December 2019, Mr. Chen Guoquan, Chief Engineer of our company, was recognized as a "Provincial and Municipal Leading Talent" through Changsha's tenth batch of high-level talent classification assessment.
Mr. Chen Guoquan, Chief Engineer, has been engaged in linear servo and non-circular cross-section processing technology for more than 30 years, and has profound expertise in the fields of machine tool CNC technology, special motor theory, and structural design. He applied patented technologies such as soft die and non-circular cross-section to CNC machine tool products, filling the gap in domestic high-end CNC machine tool technology. The comprehensive technical indicators exceed those of similar foreign products. He has successively completed national special projects such as "Grinder Spindle Error Compensation", "Lathe Spindle Error Compensation", "Die Piston Turning Processing Technology", "Automotive Engine Key Parts High-Efficiency and High-Precision Processing Flexible Automatic Line Technology Innovation Platform Project", and "Research and Demonstration Project of High-end Piston Large-scale Manufacturing High-efficiency Flexible Processing Production Line", and served as the deputy head of the expert group in the national major science and technology project undertaken by our company—"ECK2150A CNC Piston Elliptical Lathe" project.
Mr. Chen Guoquan, Chief Engineer, led the technical team in the development of linear servo motors. The products have been appraised by the national-level scientific and technological achievements as reaching the "internationally advanced level", providing key functional components for China's high-end equipment manufacturing. He has personally won more than 20 national, provincial, and municipal awards, including the first prize of the "Science and Technology Progress Award" of the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defence, Hunan Province's "Advanced Individual in Technological Innovation", and Changsha's "Science and Technology Progress Award" first prize. He holds 8 invention patents and 5 utility model patents.
