Job Requirements

1. Responsible for the process flow design of motor products, process introduction of new products, and process optimization of old products;
2. Responsible for the preparation of work instructions and project documents;
3. Responsible for the introduction, communication, and review of new equipment plans, as well as equipment debugging and optimization;
4. Analysis, improvement, and verification of key and difficult process quality issues.
5. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, electrical automation, industrial engineering, or related majors;
6. Work experience is not limited, those with motor-related work experience are preferred;
