On December 20, 2019, the YiPai CNC EPL2316A diesel engine piston automatic production line completed its final acceptance and was successfully delivered to the customer.
This automatic piston production line consists of 10 CNC machine tools, 4 articulated robots, a logistics conveyor system, a piston cleaning machine, and an automatic control system (including a visual kanban and video monitoring). It includes automated machine tool processing, automated loading and unloading, and automated logistics, significantly improving the processing quality and consistency of diesel engine pistons. The production line cycle time is controlled within 55 seconds, and the CpK of key dimensional accuracy is greater than 1.67. It has been stably and reliably operating to produce more than 60,000 pistons, and all indicators have reached internationally advanced levels.
The second fully automatic diesel engine production line provided to this customer is currently undergoing intensive commissioning at the customer's site and is expected to be put into production before New Year's Day 2020.
