On the afternoon of April 28, 2017, the sun shone brightly. To respond to the Changsha City "Worker Class Propaganda Month" theme activities in 2017 and welcome the upcoming May Day Labor Day, Epoch CNC organized a "Beautifying Epoch - You and I Together" event - a company-wide voluntary weeding activity for May Day 2017, to clear weeds and debris and beautify the company grounds.
Epoch CNC's leaders led by example, enthusiastically participating in the activity. Chairman Zhu Genghong took the lead, setting a good example for the employees.
Tang Rong, a female colleague who is pregnant, also actively participated, demonstrating that women are in no way inferior to men.
With clear division of labor and collaboration among the company's departments, and fully embodying the fine tradition of "not afraid of hardship, fatigue, or dirt," after an afternoon's work, the company's appearance was completely renewed.
Li Dazhao once said, "All happiness can be obtained through labor; all suffering can be relieved through labor." Although everyone felt tired during the activity, afterwards, employees expressed that the activity was very meaningful and hoped that the company would hold similar activities in the future. The successful implementation of this activity greatly enhanced the sense of ownership among Epoch employees and strengthened teamwork and collective cohesion.
