Its product characteristics are as follows:

Mainly aimed at the precision machining of irregularly shaped pin holes in steel pistons, the machine symmetrically arranges a bearing spindle and a hydrostatic spindle to complete the rough machining and surface machining (tapered holes, curved holes) of the pin holes in a single clamping operation;

Equipped with a precision micro-displacement servo boring device, the micro-displacement movement of the boring bar is completed while the spindle is rotating at high speed, with automatic dynamic balance, which can maintain high-precision and stable operation of the spindle;

The size of the pin hole can be finely adjusted by controlling the program;

The machine has high machining accuracy, good accuracy stability, high machining efficiency, simple and quick operation and programming, short auxiliary time, and is suitable for new product development, small batch and multi-variety production, and large batch production of a single variety.
