On February 22, 2022, heavy snow blanketed the entire factory area overnight, showcasing the pure beauty of winter. While the scenery was beautiful, it caused inconvenience for employees' travel. To ensure the safety of employees entering and leaving the factory area, and to further promote "I do practical things for the people," and to solidify the company's vision of "pursuing the well-being of all employees," the Yipai Zhidu branch committee launched a themed party day activity on the morning of February 23, 2022, called "The Coldest Snowy Day, the Warmest Snow Removers."
On the morning of February 23, Comrade Shen Yong, secretary of the Yipai Zhidu branch committee, led the branch members to clear the snow from the factory entrance, internal passages, and steps to ensure the safety of employees entering and leaving the factory. At the same time, to facilitate the safe travel of teachers, students, parents from the school opposite the company's factory area, and the surrounding community residents, the party members enthusiastically cleaned the snow from the pedestrian crosswalks outside the factory area. Everyone used their enthusiasm to overcome the cold, working energetically to clear the snow inside and outside the factory area, creating a warm and safe environment for employees and surrounding residents.
This themed party day activity enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of party members and cadres, strengthened their service awareness, and further brought out the exemplary role of party members. Through this activity, the branch committee and all party members expressed their sincere care for employees in the most simple way.
