To deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, consolidate and expand the achievements of the thematic education campaign, and inspire all Party members to carry forward the red heritage and shoulder the mission of the times, on October 25, the branch committee of Changsha Yipai Direct Drive Technology Co., Ltd. organized all Party members and prospective Party members to visit Shatian Township in Ningxiang City, where they visited the former residences of He Shuheng and Xie Juezai, thus conducting a themed Party Day activity that was both clearly focused and profoundly meaningful.

I. Remembering the noble character of “Shu Heng” and Reflecting on Our Original Aspirations, Firm as a Rock

At the first stop of the activity, all Party members visited the former residence of Comrade He Shuheng. Inside the solemn and simple residence, the comrades carefully examined the historical photographs, documentary materials, and authentic artifacts on display, gaining a deeper understanding of Comrade He Shuheng’s revolutionary life as one of the founders of the Communist Party of China and one of the “Five Elders of Yan'an.” He transformed from a traditional scholar into a staunch Marxist. After the First National Congress of the CPC, he devoted himself wholeheartedly to the construction and development of the Party organization. Ultimately, he heroically sacrificed his life during the breakout battle in Changting, Fujian, fulfilling his resolute oath: “To shed every last drop of blood for the Soviet regime.” His spirit of taking responsibility with the determination to bear even the heaviest burdens, his unwavering pursuit of truth, and his boundless loyalty to the Party deeply moved every Party member, enabling them to profoundly appreciate the arduous yet firm journey taken by early Communists as they explored the path of revolution.

II. Embrace the spirit of “Jue Zai” and steadfastly uphold the principle of serving the people.

Afterward, everyone proceeded to the nearby former residence of Comrade Xie Juezai for further visits and study. Comrade Xie Juezai was one of the renowned “Five Elders of Yan'an” and a key founder of China’s people’s judicial system. Through their visit, the comrades gained a deep understanding of Comrade Xie’s legendary life—dedicated to relieving the central government of its worries above and alleviating the people’s hardships below. For many years, he held leading positions in political and legal affairs, making indelible contributions to the construction of the rule of law in New China. His work style, characterized by “close ties with the masses” and “seeking truth from facts,” as well as his lofty aspiration to “live and learn throughout life, and keep reforming oneself all along the way,” have set a shining example for all of us. The Party members expressed their determination to learn from Comrade Xie’s profound dedication to the people and his rigorous spirit of the rule of law, internalizing these principles deeply within themselves and putting them into practice in their daily actions.

3. Share experiences and insights to inspire enthusiasm for practical action.

After the visit, the Party branch organized an on-site study and exchange session. Party members enthusiastically shared their insights, reflections, and experiences gained during the visit. Everyone unanimously agreed that the noble spirit embodied by revolutionary predecessors such as He Shuheng and Xie Juezai—characterized by firm conviction, hard work, selfless dedication, and strict self-discipline—is a precious treasure that continually inspires us to move forward. As Communist Party members in the new era, especially those working at high-tech enterprises like Yipai Zhiqu, we must more deeply integrate the “red gene” into our very being and transform our learning and insights into powerful driving forces for our work.

We must learn from their political integrity and loyalty to the Party, always maintaining high consistency with the Party Central Committee in thought, politics, and action, thereby ensuring the correct direction for the enterprise’s development.

We must carry forward their pioneering spirit of daring to be first, stay committed to our respective positions, boldly pursue technological innovation, overcome “bottleneck” challenges, and continue achieving new breakthroughs in the field of direct-drive technology.

We must put into practice their commitment to serving the people wholeheartedly, integrate our personal development into the company’s growth and the nation’s needs, and give back to society with high-quality products and services.

We must carry forward their fine tradition of integrity and honesty, strictly abide by discipline and rules, and foster a corporate environment characterized by integrity and righteousness.

This thematic Party Day activity is not only a profound education in Party spirit but also a cleansing of the soul and a refining of the spirit. All members of the Party branch committee of Changsha Yipai Zhiqu Technology Co., Ltd. will take the revolutionary forerunners as role models, drawing from their example the wisdom and strength to forge ahead relentlessly. We will transform the enthusiasm sparked by this activity into concrete actions characterized by dedication to our posts, professional excellence, and a spirit of bold innovation, thus contributing our own efforts to promoting the company’s high-quality development and realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation!
