From warm-up activation and breakdown of fundamental techniques to practice of the finished choreography and cool-down stretching, the comprehensive and scientifically structured class sequence helps everyone quickly get into the right mindset. Following the instructor’s rhythm, participants stretch their bodies and regulate their breathing, releasing stress and radiating energy to the music—every movement reflecting both dedication and passion.
