To guide party members and cadres in strengthening their party spirit, understanding the contemporary significance of the revolutionary martyrs' spirit, and inspiring work enthusiasm, on December 1, 2018, all members and probationary members of the Communist Party of China Changsha Yipai CNC Co., Ltd. branch committee, led by Comrade Shen Yong, the branch secretary, visited the Pingjiang Uprising Memorial Hall for study and observation.
The Pingjiang Uprising Memorial Hall consists of three parts: the Pingjiang Uprising site, the Peng Dehuai bronze statue square, and the Pingjiang Uprising historical materials exhibition hall. The Pingjiang Uprising historical materials exhibition hall includes content such as "Uprising in Pingjiang City," "Marching to Jinggangshan," and "Fighting in Xiang-E-Gan," singing the praises of the revolutionary spirit of the Chinese Communists who were fearless of sacrifice and pursued liberation.
The memorial hall exhibits more than 70 physical objects, including the "Land Distribution Register," a national first-class relic, and more than 200 pictures. The memorial hall makes full use of modern display methods such as sound, light, and electricity to realistically reproduce the scenes of the uprising troops' selfless dedication and heroic fighting.
The party members listened attentively to the explainer's explanation of the history of the Pingjiang Uprising and learned about the revolutionary deeds of the revolutionary martyrs' arduous struggle. Through vivid and intuitive displays, it recreated the heroic deeds of Marshal Peng Dehuai leading the people's army in sacrificing their lives for the creation of a new China.
After the visit, everyone was very excited and expressed that this was a valuable learning experience. This party day activity, learning about red culture and history, enhanced the ideological understanding of all members of the company's branch committee, inspiring party members to play an exemplary role in their work, contributing their individual strength to the company's development, and contributing to the construction of a new era.
