In August 2019, Ms. Zhu Genghong, Chairperson of our company, was selected as a Class B talent (national-level leading talent) through Changsha's seventh batch of high-level talent classification assessment.

Chairperson Zhu Genghong has always attached great importance to research and development investment, leading the company's R&D team to tackle national and industry technical challenges, achieving a series of significant results and promoting technological advancements in the industry. Chairperson Zhu Genghong has successively presided over and undertaken 4 national major science and technology projects, 2 national Development and Reform Commission technical transformation and high-tech projects, 2 national small and medium-sized enterprise technology innovation funds, 6 provincial key projects, and 3 Changsha municipal key projects. She holds 4 invention patents, 5 software copyrights, and has published 4 papers. Her technological achievements have won more than 20 national, provincial, and municipal awards, including the second and third prizes of the China Machinery Industry Federation Science and Technology Progress Award; the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” Excellent Achievements Award of the Machinery Industry; and 5 Changsha Municipal Science and Technology Progress Awards. Chairperson Zhu Genghong has personally received more than 10 awards, including the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” Leading Talent in Machinery Industry Technological Innovation, the Outstanding Contributor to the Technological Progress of the China Machinery Industry, and the Changsha Municipal Leading Talent in Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
