To enhance employee professionalism, cultivate "versatile" employees, foster a positive and ambitious learning spirit, inspire innovation and practical work, and create a work atmosphere of mutual competition and excellence, Changsha Yipai Zhidu Technology Co., Ltd. held a two-day skills competition at the Yipai Zhidu factory from March 31 to April 1, in line with the company's theme of "reducing costs and increasing efficiency."
Carefully planned and prepared by the organizing committee composed of the company's general office and motor business department, this skills competition involved 21 contestants participating in four events: magnetic steel assembly, coil winding, silicon steel sheet assembly and gluing, and welding.
Ms. Zhu Genghong, Chairperson of the company, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Ms. Zhu emphasized the role of skills competitions in promoting manufacturing and improving employees' professional skills.
This competition received significant attention from all company employees. The contestants were fully engaged and precise in their operations, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere. It showcased a scene of "a hundred schools of thought contending" in terms of job skills, fully demonstrating the employees' excellent business skills and high-quality professional demeanor. After two days of intense competition, the champions for the four events were determined.
An awards ceremony was held on April 2. At the ceremony, Comrade Zhu Shangfeng, head of the organizing committee, summarized the competition; expressed sincere gratitude for the contestants' active preparation and the organizing committee's hard work; accurately identified problems exposed during the competition, providing guidance for company production improvements; and General Manager Zheng Qiuhui of the Motor Business Department affirmed the successful completion of the event and congratulated the champions.
Skills competitions are not only an exchange of ideas, work styles, and techniques, but also a review of employees' demeanor, technical level, and willpower.
