To promote close integration between talent cultivation in colleges and universities and the needs of enterprises, forming a deep integration system between schools and enterprises, and fully promoting the high-quality development of school-enterprise cooperation. On March 29, 2023, Director Zeng Yin Feng, Dr. Zhou You, Professor Liu Xingping, and Teacher Yu Xiaofei, heads of the Robotics Engineering and Measurement and Control Technology and Instrumentation majors at Hunan Institute of Engineering, led 57 students to visit our company for an exchange. Mr. Mou Guoquan, director and expert of the company, and Ms. Chen Lu from the general office warmly received the teachers and students and organized an exchange meeting.
At the meeting, Mr. Chen gave a brief introduction to the company's development history, talent team, product applications, corporate culture, and future plans.
Following this, Mr. Chen led the teachers and students from Hunan Institute of Engineering to visit the company's laboratory and production workshop. Through a combination of visits, questions, and on-site explanations, the company vividly demonstrated its product technology and applications to the teachers and students.
Since establishing school-enterprise cooperation with Hunan Institute of Engineering in 2012, YiPai ZhiQu has actively explored cooperation models and steadily promoted the integration of production and education, achieving good results. This visit and exchange further deepened the close ties between the enterprise and the university, providing an opportunity to further carry out multi-level and multi-form cooperation, achieve the organic combination and optimization of school-enterprise resources, jointly cultivate talents needed for social development, and provide a new platform for graduate employment.
