The first snow of 2024 in Changsha arrived with a hint of spring, blanketing the earth in a fairy-tale world of white, as if to welcome the new year, inspiring the hopeful vision of a bountiful harvest. However, the thick snow on the roads caused inconvenience for company employees' commutes. In the face of the snowy cold, prioritizing employee well-being, on January 22, 2024, the Yipai Zhiqu Party branch launched a themed Party Day activity: "Party members and cadres take the lead, clearing snow in the cold to warm hearts." Led by branch secretary Shen Yong, all party members, prospective party members, and some employees worked together to clear the snow from the factory roads.

On the morning of January 22, despite the biting cold wind, all party members picked up shovels, brooms, and other tools to join the snow removal effort. Undeterred by the cold, they worked actively, cooperatively, and collaboratively, wielding shovels and brooms, shoveling and sweeping together in a lively scene, gradually clearing and piling up the snow and ice. To improve efficiency, two party members used a forklift to efficiently remove the snow. Although everyone's faces were red with cold, their snow removal tools kept moving, and they worked up a sweat, clearing the factory area and roads with laughter and joy.

After a morning of hard work, the main roads, employee dining areas, and employee electric vehicle pathways in the company's factory area were cleared, ensuring everyone's safe travel and demonstrating the spirit of the party members.
