Application scenario: Subway platform directly driven screen door system

 

Permanent magnet direct drive motors, encompassing mechanical, electrical, electronic, material, control, and communication technologies, are a composite component with limited domestic applications in rail transit. Currently, only Fuji Electric in Japan has applications in New York, Japan, and Taiwan's MRT train doors. A type of direct-drive subway platform screen door system uses a self-developed permanent magnet direct drive motor, replacing brushless motors and belt drive transmission. Key technologies involved include: 1. Left and right door movement synchronization control algorithm and follow-up, adaptive self-learning technology; 2. Integration and innovation of direct drive and locking mechanism; 3. Integration and innovation technology of direct drive movement and bearing mechanism; 4. Full life cycle monitoring and health management technology

Currently, the YiPai direct-drive subway platform screen door system has been installed and used at the T2 platform of the Changsha Maglev East Extension Line T3 terminal building project and the Ujangsan Station on Line 5 in Seoul, South Korea.
